1. What currencies do you accept?
Prices are shown in us dollars, but you can change these to the currency of your choise by clicking the currency conventer and pay in the currency of your choise.

2. How do I submit an order?
You submit the order through our shopping cart. When you have finished selecting your pieces and wishto order them we collect your shipping details, email, etc.

3. Are all the pieces 92,5% silver?
The minimum silver content is 92,5%. In actual fact the purity of each piece is usually above 95% silver.

4. I am a retailer/home sales agent – can I buy wholesale ?
Yes – we offer discounts for wholesale purchases for retailers/silver jewelry home sales agents.

5. Is your jewelry hallmarked with a 925 or sterling stamp?
Yes. We use a 925 stamp on all jewelry except certain items which are virtually impossible to stamp.

6.  How long does it take to process an order?
Most orders are received by the customer within 3 weeks.

7. What is your returns policy?
We guarantee 100% satisfaction and will accept returns on any merchandise a customer is unsatisfied with for any reason within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.

8. Do you use real gemstones?
Yes. All the gemstones we use are real and of high quality. The only synthetic stones we use are Cubic Zirconium (CZ) which does not exist in a natural state.

9. Are you available for any custom made design?
